In this workshop, Debbie will teach you that salads are so much more than lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers and what tools and techniques you need to help with presentation and design. Learn how to create gorgeous salads with designer dressings that you can have as a meal or include as a side dish using plant based wholefoods.
Tasting is compulsory and recipes are provided.
