Dehydrating is the ideal way of eating “raw but cooked” foods that contain the nutrients balanced by nature. By dehydrating at low temperatures, the healthful enzymes are retained.
In this workshop, Debbie will demonstrate and teach you the tools and techniques required for successful dehydrating. Learn how to easily make healthy crackers, treats, meals and wraps that you would normally make in an oven.
This is a necessary workshop for anyone that has a dehydrator or considering dehydrating.
Tasting is compulsory and recipes are provided.
